The technical maintenance of the website focuses on regular updating of information, publishing of new articles, removal of non-existent or broken links, fixing bugs, protection from hackers, etc. All of these processes have a direct bearing on better site optimization, but SEO is a much more encompassing concept and includes many more tools and techniques. To summarize in two words the technical maintenance of a website are internal processes related to regular updating of information and technical troubleshooting, while the main purpose of SEO maintenance is primarily focused on the external presentation of the site in the global Internet space and ranking in the results of virtual search engines. Given the above in the price for SEO we have included as a bonus technical support of the site.

As a separate service our prices for technical website maintenance depend on a number of factors such as the size of the site, the number of pages, the number of publications per month, the intensity of Internet traffic, the frequency of making changes to the content / for media sites - the number of images and videos that are published / etc.

Our subscription plans for website maintenance are linked to the Minimum Wage in the Republic of Bulgaria and represent a percentage of the minimum wage depending on the above factors, namely: 

Informative and presentation websites:

  • Up to 10 basic pages - 10% of the RRB minimum wage
  • From 10 to 49 basic pages - 20% of the Wage and Salary Index for RB
  • From 50 to 99 basic pages - 50% of the MRZ for RB
  • From 100 to 200 basic pages - 1 /one/ MRZ for RB
  • Over 200 basic pages - negotiable.

Online Shops:

  • Up to 99 products - 20% of the MRZ for RB
  • From 100 to 999 products - 50% of the MRZ for RB
  • From 1000 to 4999 products - 1 /one/ minimum wage for RB
  • Over 5000 products - negotiable

 

Definition of main page - main page of a website is a page that is part of the permanent structure of the website and contains information of primary importance, including. The home page of the website. Examples - Home, About us, Services, Products, Portfolio, Contacts, Blog, etc., as well as their subpages which are an integral part of the site structure.

In determining the number of pages, account shall be taken of how many languages the site supports subject to maintenance. Each language version counts as a separate page.

If the national minimum wage changes, the subscription maintenance fee is indexed automatically by the rate of increase or decrease in the minimum wage, unless otherwise agreed. The indexation of the subscription service charge shall be formalised by an annex to the subscription service contract.

The provision of website maintenance services is shaped by subscription maintenance contract a template containing a detailed description of the agreed parameters between the client and the contractor. Payment shall be made by bank transfer after issuing an invoice for the services rendered.

Sample offer for technical support of a website up to 10 main pages:

  • Monitor the proper functioning of the site by monitoring a range of metrics - including loading speed, content caching, compression of new media content, etc.;
  • Corrections to the design and structure of the site and editing of existing content - up to 1 /one/ time per week or less frequently, but no more than 2 working hours per month;
  • Monitoring for any potential problems with the website (bugs, hacker attacks, broken links, etc.) and being ready to fix them quickly
  • Periodic backup of the site / min. 1 time daily/;
  • Upgrade components (themes, plugins, libraries) and integrate them adequately;
  • Monitoring and replacing certain sections of the site code when updating (upgrading) the software versions in use and discontinuing outdated ones.
  • The time to fix a problem is 24 hours. The time limit starts to run from the moment of submitting the alert about a problem on the website. This time limit does not apply in the event of a problem with the operation of modules and scripts developed by third parties or external developers. In such cases, the module or script shall be replaced with an alternative one or shall be suspended until the problem is resolved by the developer of the module/script in question.
  • In the case of a request to change information in the main database, as well as for design changes, the deadline will be determined depending on the complexity of the change, of which the Customer will be duly notified.

*The prices do not include the value of additional plugins and scripts that the client would like to be developed and implemented additionally in the site.

Comprehensive changes to the design and structure of the site /change and/or creation of a new theme, creation of landing pages/, implementation and setup of new plugins and scripts, requiring additional programming and / or creation of a new design are paid additionally by negotiation according to the hourly rate of the Contractor.
